1. What types of shawls does ShawlMuse offer? We offer a wide variety of premium shawls and wraps, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your shawl is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your shawls soft and high-quality? Yes! We use premium, skin-friendly fabrics that are soft to the touch, breathable, and drapey. Many pieces are made with cashmere blends and fine modal for exceptional comfort and lasting quality.

7. How do I care for my shawl?

  • Hand wash recommended for best results (cold water, mild detergent).
  • Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • For cashmere/wool blends: Use appropriate wool shampoo and avoid wringing. Specific care instructions are included with each shawl.
